Database and file storage are operated by Supabase Inc. — 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992. Servers used for Dramascope are located in the European Union (eu-west region).

Intellectual property

The Dramascope website, its code, its design, and all editorial content (articles, descriptions of analyzed works) are the exclusive property of Diligeria, with the exception of public domain texts (Molière, Shakespeare, La Fontaine, etc.) which remain rights-free.

The analyses (dramagrams) generated from public domain texts in the Dramathèque are made available under a free license — you may share and reuse them provided you credit Dramascope as the source.

Analyses generated from texts uploaded by users remain private and are not distributed, unless the user explicitly requests publication in the Dramathèque.

Credits

The dramaturgical analyses (character vitality, scene detection) are produced using a large language model provided by Anthropic, PBC (Claude). Like any AI-generated content, they may contain errors and deserve human review.

The French version of this notice is the legally binding reference in case of dispute.
